Khaleda’s kidney, liver not functioning well

The health condition of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is still concerning as her kidney and liver are not functioning well.
As a result, she is frequently suffering from fever, said Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, secretary general of the party, at a press conference on Monday.
He said Khaleda is now suffering from post-Covid-19 complications.
That is why she is not returning home from Evercare Hospital, though one and a half months have elapsed since her admission, he said.
He also talked about Khaleda's birthday, saying the ruling party had unnecessarily made this an issue.
