Khaleda developed some post-Covid-19 complications as she recovered from Covid-19 on Thursday

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is doing well, according to updates on Friday evening.

Her oxygen saturation was recorded 100% while blood pressure was 120/80. Besides, both her respiratory rate and pulse rate remained at standard levels.

Khaleda recovered from Covid-19 on Thursday, 26 days after she had tested positive for the disease.

But she developed some post-Covid-19 complications and her family sought permission from the government to take her abroad for better treatment.

Law Minister Anisul Huq told The Business Standard on Friday the government was yet to decide on the matter.
