Jamiruddin Sircar suffers mild stroke
He was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and later returned home after taking primary treatment at the hospital

BNP standing committee member Barrister Jamiruddin Sircar suffered a mild stroke on Wednesday as he fell from the staircase of the High Court.
Jamiruddin, former Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad, received slight injuries to the right side of his forehead after the fall while getting down through the stairs at noon.
He was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) and later returned home after taking primary treatment at the hospital.
Dr Asif of the DMCH Neurosurgery department said the BNP leader suffered a mild stroke but his condition is now better.
There is no blood clot unless slight reddish wound as per the CT Scan report, he said.
