Italy returnee tested positive with corona in Bangladesh

An Italy returnee Bangladeshi has been tested positive with the novel coronavirus in Gazipur.
District's Civil Surgeon Dr Khairuzzaman confirmed the matter on Wednesday morning, reported Prothom Alo.
"Eight Bangladeshi expatriates were in quarantine in Gazipur. Of them, one has been found infected with coronavirus," Khairuzzaman said.
The total number of coronavirus infected in the country has now risen to 11 with this new coronavirus patient.
Death toll from coronavirus or COVID-19, believed to have originated last year in China has reached 7,948 globally as of Wednesday. Besides, 198,004 cases were reported from around the world.
