Indian Navy chief visits Dhaka

The admiral will address cadets at Bangladesh Naval Academy

Indian Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Karambir Singh reached Dhaka on Saturday on a four-day visit as part of the tradition of regular high-level exchanges between the Armed Forces of both countries.

He will hold bilateral talks with Chief of Bangladesh Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury, service chiefs and other senior government officials, according to a press release of Indian High Commission in Dhaka.
  
Admiral Karambir is also going to visit Khulna Shipyard Limited and naval bases in Chattogram and Khulna.

Besides, he will address cadets at Bangladesh Naval Academy.  

The admiral will take part in the first anniversary celebration of Bangladesh Institute of Maritime Research and Development.
