Police filed a case against a pick-up van as it was going to Jatrabari carrying bitumen without any movement pass.
Most people without having any movement pass are citing medical reasons when police stop them on the streets.
Covid-19 cases in the country have been surging sharply from the second week of March, taking the tally to 6,97,985. The death toll from the dreaded virus here now stands at 9,891.
The government announced a set of restrictions to be imposed during the nationwide lockdown for 14-21 April.
