Flight operations at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and Chattogram's Shah Amanat International Airport were disrupted since early Saturday due to poor visibility.

Alamgir Hossain, assistant information officer of the Dhaka airport, said flights on both domestic and international routes had remained suspended since 4am.

The flight operations resumed around 9am.

In Chattogram, flight operations returned to normal on Saturday morning after a 3-hour disruption caused by heavy fog.

Three international flights of Shah Amanat International Airport landed at Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport due to the fog.
