Floating bodies of 2 missing minors found in Habiganj pond
Family members searched every possible place but failed to find them.

The floating bodies of two minor cousins were recovered from a pond at Ballavpur village in Baniachang upazila on Tuesday morning, 12 hours after they went missing.
The deceased were identified as Salman Mia, 6, son of Saiful Mia, and his cousin Tayeb Mia, 5, son of Tofazzal Mia of the village.
Monu Mia, a member of local union parishad, said the two went missing on Monday evening.
Family members searched every possible place but failed to find them.

On Tuesday morning, their bodies were seen floating in a nearby pond. Later, family members recovered the bodies.
A pall of gloom descended on the village following the tragic incident.
