Fire breaks out at DU Central Library

A fire broke out at the Central Library of Dhaka University around 11am on Sunday.

Onlookers said the fire, which primarily appeared to have started from short circuit, caused panic among students.

The students started running anxiously as smoke spread in the back of the library.

However, the fire had been doused by students before Fire Service officials arrived at the spot.
