Four firefighting units are working to douse the blaze

A fire has broken out at the market adjacent to Balaka Cinema hall in New Market area in the capital.
"The fire originated at around 2.30pm today and four firefighting units are working to douse the blaze," said fire service control room duty officer Lima Khanom.
The reason of the fire could not be known immediately.
