On Sunday, Tania got her family back after the post, including her photo and other details, came to her relatives’ notice

Tania, a six-year-old girl, went to visit her aunt's house in Dhaka along with her father, Sundar Ali, around 18 years ago.

She has not been able to return to her village home in Kotalipara area of Gopalganj since then. The little girl went out on the road, following her father, the very day Sundar Ali left for his village.

Since then, Sundar Ali searched for his daughter in many ways, including publishing missing news in newspapers, but did not find her.

Finally, on Sunday, Tania got her family back after a Facebook post, including her photo and other details, came to her relatives' notice.

Ripon Miah, a resident of Raitolla village in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria sheltered the little girl. He raised her like his own daughter and married her to a good man.

"I am grateful to Ripon Miah as a father," Sundar Ali said expressing his gratitude toward him.

"I was not able to find my family despite a lot of effort. I am so happy today after having been reunited with them," said Tania.
