ULAB HULT Prize distributes food and masks to HOPE’87 mobile school students

ULAB HULT Prize committee distributed food and masks to the students of HOPE'87 mobile primary school's Rayerbazar and Kamrangirchar branches.

The event took place on September 4 (Friday).

"We have helped the children while maintaining social distance. I believe this is the essence of HULT Prize," said Sakiba Tanha, ULAB Campus HULT Prize representative.

"We know that taking health precautions are important in this pandemic, but what will happen to these children? Since 2010, HULT Prize sources sustainable business ideas from university students after challenging them to solve a pressing social issue around topics such as education, food, environment, petroleum and treatment," she added.

The challenge for HULT prize 2021 is 'Food for good'. HULT Prize Global Team said they thought of the challenge by taking food as a means for development and plan to influence more than one crore people by 2030 with seven of the sustainable development goals.

Rezaul Karim Babu, the country representative of HOPE '87 mobile primary school, urged the elites of the country to come forward to help the poor students like the underprivileged students of the school.

Mobile Quality School is an initiative of Austrian non-profit organization, HOPE'87.
