UIU student's can now pay academic fees through bKash

To pay the academic fees of UIU, students need to visit the student website of the university (https://ucam.uiu.ac.bd/), which will redirect them to bKash payment gateway

United International University (UIU) student from now on will be able to pay their admission, tuition and other academic fees through bKash. 

With this, bKash makes the fee payment of 600 educational institutions convenient, secured, time-saving and cost efficient, reads a press release. 

With an agreement signing ceremony, Dr Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman, Vice Chancellor and Dr Mir Obaidur Rahman, Treasurer of UIU; Ali Ahmmed, Head of Strategy and Business Development and Md Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury; Deputy General Manager, Education Payment of bKash along with other high officials of both organisations launched the service at the university campus.

This service will facilitate 10 thousand students of UIU to pay all types of academic fees 24/7 from anywhere. 

Especially during the pandemic, this service will help students and their guardians to avoid standing in long queues at the bank counters and pay academic fees safely without any hassle. 

At the same time, this enables cost minimisation and better management of fees for the university authority.

To pay the academic fees of UIU, students need to visit the student website of the university (https://ucam.uiu.ac.bd/), which will redirect them to bKash payment gateway. 

In the next step, they should enter the bKash account number, amount of fee, One Time Password (OTP) and bKash PIN to complete the payment. 

They can also have digital receipt after successful payment. However, a convenience charge is applicable for paying the fees.
