August 29 of this year marks 25 glorious years of establishment of Sir John Wilson School (SJWS) – its silver jubilee.

Due to the pandemic, SJWS celebrated the occasion digitally. A presentation of the event has been posted on the school website. All the previous principals, alumni and dignitaries, who were associated with the school over the years, have sent video messages to congratulate the school on reaching this milestone.

This school was established by the Social Services and Management Trust in 1995 with the motto to establish an English medium school that will provide an environment for a child to thrive physically and psychologically and get quality education in a wholesome way; and at the same time, to generate surplus profit –which would be donated to charities to help the less fortunate.

Over the years, students of SJWS have achieved many milestones in the academic as well as extra-curricular fields. Today, SJWS is one of the finest English medium schools with a state-of-the-art campus accoutered by world-class facilities like fully air-conditioned spacious classrooms, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, science and ICT labs and vast playing fields.
