The US Department of State has arranged a free online English language course for non-English speakers.

Bangladeshis can avail the opportunity to develop their language skills and knowledge of the media at the same time.

The interested ones must have to complete registration process by 20 April and read all the reading modules by 30 April. Click here for registration and further information.

After completing registration, participants can log in to take the course according to their convenient time in the day or night. 

All the participants have to complete the course within 30 April. The participants who obtains 70% score in the course will get a digital batch and certificate.

The participants of the language course will get unique opportunity to investigate how changes have taken place in media in course of time, explore the world of advertising, identify targeted marketing strategies, and analyse sources to detect bias.

The full course designed in a smart way where participants can start learning independently without any help of instructor.

Online Professional English Network (OPEN) is an initiative of the US Department of State. The aim of the course is to develop English language skills among teachers across the world and to build cultural understanding among the citizens of America and other countries.
