Eastern University VC inaugurates construction work of residential hostel building

Vice Chancellor of Eastern University, Professor Dr Shahid Akhtar Hussain inaugurated construction work of an international standard residential hostel building for students of the university at Ashulia of Savar, adjacent to the campus of Eastern University.

The inauguration program of the construction work of the 10-storey building named 'Eastern View Dormitory' was held on Saturday, according to a press release.

Liaqat Hossain Mughal, former chairman and current member of the board of trustees of Eastern University, Professor Dr ABM Shahidul Islam and Deans, registrars, teachers and officials of various faculties of the university were present at the inauguration program.
