The university does not use the photo of the prime minister on any work related to the admission into the facility

BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) has condemned an admission pamphlet being circulated in its name on social media by using the photo of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The university authority has already begun looking for the source of the advertisement on Facebook as using the chief of the government's picture on it is an abominable piece of work, says a press release.

"The university does not use the photo of the prime minister on any work related to the admission into the facility," reads the statement.

The university authority has warned of necessary actions against the responsible, according to the release.

The BUFT was set up in March 2012 under the Private Universities Act of 2010.

It is dedicated to the development of human resources for the readymade garment, textile and allied sectors of Bangladesh, according to the facility's website.
