DVS integrated with RJSC portal, e-GP system
The Document Verification System (DVS) has been integrated with the RJSC name clearance portal and the electronic government procurement (e-GP) system.
The journey started formally today (22 December), said a press release.
Shish Haidar Chowdhury, secretary ICT Division, GOB was present as the chief guest in the event while Md Mizanur Rhaman, registrar, Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock of Companies and Firms (RJSC) and Mohammad Shoheler Rahman Chowdhury, former CEO of Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) and its current CEO Ashfaqur Rahman were present as special guests.

ICAB President Mohammed Forkan Uddin FCA, Vice Presidents MBM Lutful Hadee FCA, Maria Howlader FCA, Council Member and the Convener of the DVS Taskforce and the Project Committee on Sustainable Document Verification System Md Yasin Miah FCA, delivered their respective speeches in the programme. ICAB CEO Shubhashish Bose delivered the introductory speech at the event.
Integration with the RJSC Name Clearance Portal is a significant advancement of DVS.
Now, company and firm information will be populated in DVS from RJSC System while an auditor enters company information in DVS.
Integration with the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System is another landmark success of the DVS. Now DVS will be used in the e-GP System for verification of audit reports, and audited financial statements of the tender participating entities.
System for taking online Exams up to Professional Level: ICAB has developed an advanced Online Examination System for Professional Level to make the exam management easier and more secure.
The system is designed for subjective exams, offering features like role-based access, secure question locking, and step-by-step assignments for Question Setters, Moderators, and Head examiners.
Introduction of Computer Based Testing (CBT) for IT Governance in Professional Level Exams: ICAB has integrated Moodle, a world-class LMS, with the core examination system for IT Governance in Professional Level exams.
