Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) has been operating mobile applications, emergency service numbers, and hotline numbers which its citizens can use to receive services, submit complaints, and to give their opinion.

Services which the DNCC is operating, include mobile application 'Shobar Dhaka', emergency service number 333, and hotline numbers 09602222333 and 09602222334, said a media statement on Wednesday.

Using the Shobar Dhaka application, citizens in DNCC territory can submit complaints about eight problems in their respective areas, including street issues, mosquitos, street lights, public toilets, garbage management and illegal street infrastructures.

City people are getting solutions to their complaints within the shortest possible time once they submit their issues on the app, the media statement claimed.

The DNCC has requested citizens to use these platforms to receive quicker services and get their complaints resolved.
