Deputy Minister Nowfel donates fogger machine to CMCH

During the visit, the deputy minister inquired about treatment of Covid-19 patients and coronavirus test lab, doctors, nurses, lab technologists and patients at different wards of the hospital.

Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel donated a fogger machine to Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).

Nowfel, the lawmaker of Chattogram-9 constituency, along with hospital's Director Brigadier General SM Humayun Kabir inspected different wards of the hospital on Saturday.

During the visit, the deputy minister inquired about treatment of Covid-19 patients and the coronavirus test lab, doctors, nurses, lab technologists and patients at different wards of the hospital.

The deputy minister said, "It was commendable how doctors, nurses, health technologists and others involved in healthcare, fighting the Covid-19 outbreak despite the country's limited resources."

"Doctors have taken a unique place in the hearts of people, risking their lives to save others," Barrister Mohibul Hasan added.

Chattogram Medical College Principal Mohammad Shamim Hasan, Deputy Director of CMCH Md Aftabul Islam, Assistant Director Sajjad Hossain Chowdhury and many others were present during the time.
