150 illegal establishments demolished in front of Chattogram airport

During the raid, the port authorities demolished several illegal shops built in front of the Airport entrance and recovered 2 acres of illegally occupied land

Chattogram Port Authority demolished 150 illegal establishments in front of the entrance of Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram on Wednesday.

Sources said the illegal installations were removed from the 12 and 14 Khalpar areas in Patenga under the supervision of Chattogram Port Executive Magistrate Gautam Barai and Assistant Manager (Estate) Mohammad Shihab Uddin.

During the raid, the port authorities demolished several illegal shops built in front of the Airport entrance and recovered 2 acres of illegally occupied land.
