Daffodil International University celebrates 18th founding anniversary

Daffodil International University celebrated its 18th founding anniversary with great enthusiasm and festive mood.

The four-day programme ended on Saturday at the university's permanent campus at Ashulia in Dhaka. 

Dr Rubana Huq, president of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) and managing director of Mohammadi Group, attended the programme as chief guest and inaugurated Annisul Huq Study Centre, named after late Dhaka North City Corporation Mayor Annisul Huq, in the campus. 

Addressing as chief guest she called upon the students to lead life with discipline and punctuality. 

She also announced to give 100 books for the Annisul Huq Study Centre. 

Dr Md Sabur Khan, chairman, Board of Trustees of the university, presided over the programme.
