Cyclone Bulbul claims another life in Satkhira

A man yesterday succumbed to injuries he sustained after a tree fell on him during cyclonic storm Bulbul on Sunday.
The deceased Nechhar Ali, 55, resident of Khalilnagar union of the district, breathed his last on his way to Khulna Medical College Hospital from Satkhira.
On Sunday morning, a tree fell on Nechhar Ali's house during cyclone Bulbul while he was sleeping on bed, said Azizur Rahman Raju, chairman of Khalilnagar Union Parishad.
He said neighbours rescued Nechhar and admitted to a local hospital. Nechhar was later shifted to Satkhira Medical College Hospital as his health condition deteriorated.
