Nine held for conning people using metal objects
The men were deceiving people by claiming to possess supernatural powers that can stop trains and aircraft, police said.
Bogura police today recovered 58 metal coins and three artworks and arrested nine persons, in what turned out to be an extraordinary operation.

Tipped off, a team of Bogura police raided Mohammad Ali Hospital area in the city and arrested Md Azizar Rahman, Md Ruhul Amin and Md Abu Naser.

Later, on their information, police arrested Md Jahurul Islam, Md Saidur Rahman, Md Based Ali, Md Rokaon Uddin, Md Liton Pramanik and Md Golam Rabbani, the official added.
A case has been filed in this regard.
