A Dhaka court has set July 28 for the submission of the investigation report over the murder of Islamic scholar and TV personality Maulana Nurul Islam Faruqi.

Faruqi was murdered at his Rajabazar home in Dhaka on August 27, 2014. Later, his son Foysal Faruqi lodged the case against some 10 unidentified people with Sher-E-Bangla Nagar police station.
