Libyan government condemns the killing of 26 Bangladeshis

The Libyan government has strongly condemned the recent killing of 26 Bangladeshis in the southern city of Mizdah. 

They called the killing a cowardly act and promised to bring all the killers to justice in a condolence message, reads a press release issued by the Bangladeshi foreign ministry on Monday.

The Libyan foreign ministry conveyed its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and to the government of Bangladesh. 

Steps taken by the Libyan authorities to investigate and prosecute the killings will be communicated to the families of the victims and the Bangladeshi government, according to the condolence message.
