Chittagong Senior Judicial Magistrate Shahidullah Qaisar passed the order on Wednesday noon.

General Secretary Chittagong's Fatikchhari Upazila Awami League Nazim Uddin Muhuri filed the case against Gias. On May 31, 2018, a Chittagong court issued an arrest warrant for him.
