CJ forms 12 High Court vacation benches

Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain has formed 12 High Court vacation benches to dispose of emergency matters during the upcoming general holiday marking Eid-ul Azha and Supreme Court vacation.

An apex court notification signed by High Court Division Deputy Registrar (Administration and Judicial) Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Bhuiyan said these 12 High Court benches will conduct trial virtually and as per Supreme Court Practice Directions during the vacation period of July 26 to August 8 and till passing of further order in this regard.
