Earlier on October 6, a Dhaka court denied Lokman Hossain Bhuiyan bail and sent him to jail.

RAB also recovered four bottles of foreign liquor from his home.

Police found gambling equipment at Mohammedan Sporting Club on September 22 during a raid as part of nationwide drive against illegal casinos and gambling.

Police said illegal casino business and gambling activities had been running there for at least a decade.
