Appellate Division clears way for BJS election

Earlier, the high court suspended the election for two month on November 4
The Appellate Division today stayed a high court's order of barring Bangladesh Jewelers Samity's (BJS) executive committee election 2019-21.
Now the election can be held on November 8, according to lawyers.
A full Appellate Division bench, led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, passed the order.
Earlier, the high court suspended the election for two month on November 4.
