Sources at the anti-graft body said there are many allegations against Sudhangshu

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has interrogated Sudhangshu Shekhar Bhadra, director general of the Directorate of Posts, over alleged corruption.

ACC Deputy Director Md Salahuddin started quizzing him at 10am on Tuesday at the anti-graft body's headquarters.

ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharjee confirmed this to The Business Standard.

After facing the ACC team, Sudhangshu avoided media queries. "I answered everything to the ACC officers," he said.

Sources at the anti-graft body said there are many allegations against Sudhangshu including taking bills for around 8,000 laptops and other equipment without supplying them to the entrepreneurs, withdrawing extra bills, irregularities in setting up e-centres, and money laundering.
