Cop among 3 killed in multi-vehicle collision in Cumilla

Three people, including a policeman, were killed in a collision of multiple vehicles on Dhaka-Chattogram highway in Cumilla today.

One of the deceased was identified as Akter Hossain, an assistant sub-inspector of Cumilla highway police.

“The collision, involving a truck, covered van and a police car, occurred at around 7:30 am on Monday at Baburchibazar area in Chauddagram, leaving the casualties,” said Officer-in-Charge of local police station Mahfuzur Rahman.
