Hundreds of city commuters have been stuck at the airport road as 5-kilometre long traffic congestion occurred following a road accident in front of the Navy headquarters in the city.

The accident took place on early Monday while a covered van overturned in front of the Navy headquarters after its driver lost control of the vehicle, confirmed Assistant Commissioner of Gulshan (traffic zone) Moniul Islam.
