City corporations to get Tk21 crore to control dengue

According to ministry sources, Dhaka south and north city corporations will get Tk7.5 crore each.

The government has allocated Tk21.5 crore for city corporations across the country to control the dengue outbreak.

The Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives will distribute the amount among the 12 existing city corporations.

According to ministry sources, Dhaka south and north city corporations will get Tk7.5 crore each.

Gazipur, Narayanganj and Chattogram city corporations will get Tk1 crore individually.

Other city corporations will receive an allocation of Tk50 lakh each.
