Circular issued to create awareness on Dengue

Education Ministry has issued two separate circulars to create mass awareness and take effective measures to tackle the outbreak of dengue virus.

The directives have been given to all its officials at divisional, regional, district and upazila levels to become aware to stop the outbreak of dengue, said a PID handout. 

All educational institutions, offices and houses of its officials and staffs have been asked to clean bushes, water-filled containers and flower tubs regularly to prevent the breeding of Aedes mosquitoes. 

The circular also asked to submit the first report on August 4 and the second one on May 1 to its concerned departments.
