Chattogram-bound flight diverted to Kolkata for low visibility
The flight was scheduled to land at Shah Amanat International Airport early this morning
A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight coming from Muscat was diverted to Kolkata Airport today due to poor visibility at Chattogram's Shah Amanat International Airport.
"Around 11.15am the flight had landed at Kolkata airport due to low visibility in Chattogram," said Airport Manager Wing Commander Sarwar E Zaman.
"The flight was scheduled to land at Shah Amanat International Airport early this morning. It will return to Chattogram after visibility returns here," he added.
