Bus runs over 3 women in Narayanganj

The deceased were identified as Debi Rani, 40, Bashak Rani, 16 and Gita Rani, 25.

Three women were killed as a bus ran over them at Kanchpur intersection in Sonargaon upazila on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Debi Rani, 40, Bashak Rani, 16 and Gita Rani, 25.

The women were crushed under the wheels of a bus while crossing the road around 10:30 pm, said sub-inspector Abdus Salam.

Police seized the bus but could not arrest its driver.
