Bus plunge kills 4 in Cox's Bazar

At least found people were killed and 14 injured as a Dhaka-bound passenger bus of Star Line Paribahan from Chattogram overturned and plunged into a ditch around last night in Chakria Upazila of Cox's Bazar.

One of the deceased was identified as Jhorna Begum, 35. She hailed from Sonadia area of Noakhali.

The bodies of the deceased passengers were taken to the police station, said Md Anisur Rahman, officer in-charge of Chiringa Highway Police Station.

Chakaria Upazila Hospital sources said that at least 14 of the injured passengers were treated by night.
