More than 8,000 workers work in 15 different projects of the organisation

The employees of Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) projects today formed a human chain in capital's Karwan Bazar to press home their 3-point demand including regular salary and allowance.

Their other two demands are regularising their jobs by integrating or transferring the BRDB to Revenue department and transforming it into "Bangabandhu Rural Development Department."

The human chain was formed under BRDB's Prokolpo Kormokorta-Kormochari Oikya Parishad. More than 8,000 workers work in 15 different projects of the organisation.
