Brahmanbaria train crash: Unnatural death case filed

An unnatural death case has been filed over the death of 16 people killed on spot in early Tuesday's Brahmanbaria train crash.

"A rail station master of Mandabagh Railway Station filed the case on Tuesday night," said Officer-in-Charge of Akhaura Railway Police Station Shaymol Kanti Dash.

On Tuesday, the Dhaka-bound Turna Nishita rammed the Chattogram-bound Udayan Express at Mandabagh Railway Station in Brahmanbaria's Kasba at around 3am, causing the death of 16 people and critically injuring over 50 others.
