Banglalink has launched a new flagship customer centre in Gulshan with the opportunity to explore nation’s first digital customer experience zone.
It was inaugurated by Pierre Boutros Obeid, chief technology officer and acting chief commercial officer of Banglalink.
Among others, Taimur Rahman, chief corporate and regulatory affairs officer of Banglalink and Shahriar Ahmed Remon, head of Monobrand and Device of Banglalink were present.
The digital customer centre will offer amenities such as video wall, digital smart phone display, hello wall, BL bar payment service, Transparent LED, internet experience zone.
The visitors will get essential telecom facilities such as new connectivity, airtime recharge, SIM replacement and original handset purchase with EMI at the flagship customer service centre.
