Bangabandhu called him 'Dada'
Many great personalities such as Sher-E-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque adored him for his contribution
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman respected RP Saha and addressed him "dada" or elder brother.
A prosecution witness mentioned this in the deposition on the case filed over the murders of Danbir Roy Bahadur Ranada Prasad Saha, well-known as RP Saha, and his son Bhabani Prasad Saha during the Liberation War in 1971.

It was also mentioned in the judgement that many great personalities such as Sher-E-Bangla AK Fazlul Haque, Hossain Shaheed Suhrawardy, Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani adored RP Saha for his contributions.
RP Saha worked as a nurse during the first World War and earned a medal from King George V for his outstanding performance. RP Saha also received the "Sword of Honour" award for saving the life of British officers from a camp fire.
The International Crimes Tribunal has sentenced a war criminal to death for the murder of RP Saha and his son Bhabani Prasad Saha.
