A case has been filed against the balloon seller over Wednesday's balloon gas cylinder blast in Mirpur that killed seven children and injured 15.

"Police filed the case against Abu Sayeed, 30, with Rupnagar Police Station," said Abul Kalam Azad, officer-in-charge of the police station.
