Officials seized around 945 cartons of 303 brands of cigarettes, which were later handed over to the airport unit of Chattogram Customs House
Nine hundred and forty-five cartons of cigarettes were seized from five passengers of two different flights in Chattogram's Shah Amanat International Airport on Tuesday.
The Customs Intelligence along with a team of National Security Intelligence (NSI) recovered a consignment of cigarettes in a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight, while another consignment was seized from two Air Arabian flight passengers.
Officials seized around 945 cartons of 303 brands of cigarettes, which were later handed over to the airport unit of Chattogram Customs House, according to NSI sources.
