The police on Saturday evening confiscated 6 landmines and 3 grenades from a field in Adamdighi upazila of Bogura.

Several children were playing with the explosives in a field near Rampur village graveyard of the upazila. Passerby saw the children playing with explosives, promptly took them away to safety and then called the police.
Sub-inspector Mohodeb Sarker arrived at the scene and confiscated the explosives. The number 1966 was written on the landmines.
