নাটোরে ভুতুড়ে বিলের চাপে পল্লী বিদ্যুতের গ্রাহক
তীব্র গরমে ঘনঘন লোডশেডিংয়ের মাঝেই নাটোর অভিযোগ উঠেছে অস্বাভাবিক ও ভুতুড়ে বিলের। স্বাভাবিক মাসের ৪শ থেকে ৫শ টাকা বিল আসলেও জুন মাসে একলাফে ঠেকেছে কয়েক হাজারে।
