হবিগঞ্জে বন্যার পানি কিছুটা কমতে শুরু করেছে। তবে ঘরে ফিরেও স্বস্তি নেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মানুষের। ভেঙে গেছে ঘর, নষ্ট হয়েছে সহায়-সম্বল। পানি নামার পর এখন নতুন সংকটে পড়েছেন বানভাসি মানুষ।
