প্রায় দুই যুগ পর ঠাকুরগাঁওয়ে গেছেন বিএনপির চেয়ারম্যান তারেক রহমান। ৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি ঠাকুরগাঁও জেলা হাই স্কুল মাঠে নির্বাচনী প্রচারণার অংশ হিসেবে জনসভায় বক্তব্য দেন তিনি।
