আসামিদের গ্রেপ্তারের ক্ষমতা পেয়েছে আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালের তদন্ত সংস্থা। ২২ মে বৃহস্পতিবার রাতে এ সংক্রান্ত এক প্রজ্ঞাপনে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা হয়।
