13 labourers crushed to death by Truck in India

Thirteen labourers in a horrific accident near Gujarat's Surat in India were crushed to death by a truck this morning while they were asleep near the road.

The accident occurred early in the morning near the village of Kosamba, about 60 km from Surat, the police said, reports NDTV.

The sleeping labourers were run over by a dumper truck, killing 13 people on the spot, all of whom hailed from Rajasthan. Some of the wounded labourers were hospitalised.
